The newTica Titanclaw is a robust low profile rotating reel designed and built for use at sea, both in vertical techniques and in casting. The body is made of anodized, forged aluminum and lightened by carbon inserts. The spool, also in aluminium, has a knurled bottom to prevent the braid from slipping. The most important detail of this rotary is the special and powerful15kg clutch, made with high-strength carbon discs and resistance to thermal increase. It features a thread guide with titanium ring, and an adjustable knob with "soft touch" EVA handle. Finally, an easy-to-open hatch has been created on the bottom, which guarantees access to the mechanics, for rapid lubrication.
